For best results, cook from frozen, if allowed to thaw, reduce cooking time.
Warning: Although every effort has been made to remove all bones, some may remain.
Microwave: (Based on 850W). Remove kebabs from packaging and place up to 3 kebabs onto a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for 1.5 minutes – 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Oven: Preheat oven Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 200°C. Remove kebabs from packaging. Place kebabs onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Air Fry:Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place the frozen kebabs in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning them over halfway through, or until they are piping hot inside.
BBQ:Cook in the oven first as above, then finish off on the BBQ.
Grill:Preheat grill on a medium setting. Remove kebabs from packaging. Place under the grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
