Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Do not defrost as this will make the dough too sticky.
Pan Fry: For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place in frying pan and cook, pressing gently, for 1-2 minutes. Turn paratha over and cook, pressing gently, for a further 1-2 minutes. When both sides are golden brown, remove from pan and serve.
Ensure the paratha is cooked thoroughly and piping hot throughout before serving.
