INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cucumber, finely grated or chopped
  • A few fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pinch of roasted cumin powder (optional)
  • A little oil or ghee for frying (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 – Heat the Parathas
Place Humza Mix Veg Paratha on a preheated pan. Cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through. Add a touch of oil or ghee for extra crispiness.

Step 2 – Make the Raita
In a bowl, whisk yogurt until smooth. Add grated cucumber, chopped mint, salt, and a pinch of cumin powder. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.

Step 3 – Plate & Enjoy
Serve hot parathas with a generous spoon of raita on the side. Add a sprinkle of chilli flakes or coriander if you like it spicy!
