Humza Tandoori Naan
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, then add onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilli. Cook until golden.
Step 2
Stir in cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook for 1–2 mins to toast the spices.
Step 3
Pour in the chopped tomatoes. Let it simmer for 5–6 minutes until thickened.
Step 4
Add the chickpeas and a splash of water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt.
Step 5
Top with fresh coriander and a dollop of yogurt if you like.
Step 6
Warm up Humza naan and dip right in!
