Hand stretched naan flame baked in a tandoor-style oven.
Wheat Flour, Water, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Sugar, Yeast, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonates.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove the Humza naan from its wrapping and cook straight from frozen. Appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.
Oven: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6
Preheat oven. Sprinkle naan with a little water. Place in centre of a pre-heated oven for 6-7 minutes. Serve warm. Do not reheat.
Grill : Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Sprinkle with a little water. Place under the grill for 6-8 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Reduce heat if necessary.
Ensure the naan is hot throughout before serving.
