Our product range comprises samosas, spring rolls, kebabs, grills and sausages along with ready-to-use cooking pastes and ingredients which help reduce the preparation time in cooking and make busy, modern lives that little bit easier. You can pick up HUMZA premium halal products at Asda and Morrisons and over 500 independent retails stores across the UK.
In many ways, our busy factory is not so different to your own kitchen, just a little bigger! A wide variety of Halal meat, grains and vegetables are slow-cooked in large cooking pans, sprinkled with a dash of authentic spices from around the world.
The food is then formed and placed in unique, multi-layered BPA-free pouches which are sealed and sterilized in a retort oven to maintain freshness for over 18 months.
Our process uses no artificial flavours, additives or preservatives and ensures a high retention of the food’s original aroma, texture, nutrients and flavour.
